Scott drove all the way up to RI from DC just to meet with me. Id call that going out of his way to assist me. He was also very professional and knowledgable. Found me a huge discount and scheduled my procedure seamlessly. Very satisfied with things so far.

Scott was , informative, open and honest. He answered all my questions. He is an asset to the clinic.

My counselor Sarah was great! She was so informative, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable in asking questions. Thank you for being patient and generous with your knowledge Sarah!

I would like to report Bosley's great lack of respect towards me. Yesterday I had an online appotamento at 1:30 pm. I asked to leave my job early. I stopped earning more money to have my appointment with Bosley. Since no one came to the video call. I called them and the secretary answered. She apologized and said that in 10 or 15 minutes the doctor would contact me. And no one got in touch with me! That and a great lack of respect. I can see how the treatment of Bosley with the client is disrespectful, we waste our time and money with making appointment and it is not fulfilled. This is ridiculous!

As far as consultations go, Sarah was great. No pressure and answered my direct questions with direct answers. I appreciate that.
